Professor Wadeia Mohammad Sharief serves as the Director of Medical Education and Research Department at Dubai Health Authority (DHA) since 2018, also holding the position of Designated Institutional Official (DIO). She is a Consultant Family Physician and holds leadership roles including President of Emirates Family Medicine Society and Family Medicine Scientific Council, Arab Board of Health Specialization, and Chairperson for MRCGP Royal College, UK. With a commitment to continuous learning, she attained a Master's in Health Professions Education, a Master��?��??��?��??��?��??s in Health Care Management from Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, and another Master��?��??��?��??��?��??s in Post Graduate Medical Education from Keele University. Appointed as a Professor in Dubai Medical College and Sharjah University since September 2021, she leads in medical education, earning accolades for Corporate Social Responsibility and Resilience in Medical Training.
